We run two different Parenting courses 

The courses are produced by Positive Parenting, and at present being promoted by Care for the Family.  They are typically 8 sessions, once a week, one and a half hours a session.  The cost is £15.00 which includes the handbook. 

These are run by Mrs. J Blease who is licensed facilitator of these courses, and she has been delivering them over the last ten years.  
We have great feedback and the courses are considered to be very helpful by parents who have attended them.

Both courses cover topics such as: Meeting children's emotional needs, Self esteem,  Communication skills, Building relationship, Setting boundaries, Encouraging good behaviour, Dealing with challenging behaviour, Safety issues i.e. internet, bullying, areas of risk, and Problem solving.  Extra sessions cover what to say to your kids about sex, and keeping sane as a parent!
