This session will take place in the village of Stoke Row near the historic Maharaja’s well. We will stay in one place and there will be options for resting on benches during the session if needed. The aim is to introduce you to Nordic walking which can be beneficial for health and wellbeing and can help with minor mobility issues.
As an occupational therapist Anthea is able to tailor the session to meet the needs of the participants.
There will be an option for refreshments (not included) at Stoke Row Stores after the session.
Additional information
The session will be in the orchard with options for breaks. Access is from the roadside via a gate. Toilet and refreshments available at Stoke Row stores.
