The Great Big Green Week & Landscapes for Life Week in the Chilterns 18th – 26th Sept 2021

This September, the Climate Coalition is running The Great Big Green Week, a nationwide grassroots event, and the biggest climate change focussed event the UK has ever seen. We’ve listed events happening in the Chilterns below, as well as online opportunities and volunteering opportunities at the bottom of this article.

The UK is due to host a major climate summit in November  – COP26, the United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties.

The conference is a pivotal moment in the fight against climate change, bringing together heads of state, climate experts and campaigners to agree co-ordinated international action against climate change. The conference is a big chance to call for the UK to take faster and more decisive action. But what opportunities are there to get involved and make your voice heard?

This September, the Climate Coalition is running The Great Big Green Week, a nationwide grassroots event, and the biggest climate change focussed event the UK has ever seen. We’ve listed events happening in the Chilterns below, as well as online opportunities and volunteering opportunities at the bottom of this article.
