Starting from Lewknor, we will reach The Ridgeway and follow it for a couple of miles with great views. We ascend toward the crest of the Chiltern Hills at Christmas Common, then take a woodland footpath towards the Wormsley Estate.
On a footpath through the estate we may be able to see their cricket pitch, the Garsington Opera Pavilion and possibly the house itself. Further woodland paths bring us to the Aston Rowant Nature Reserve where there is one final panoramic view before the descent back to Lewknor.
Graham will intersperse the walk with stories of the area.
