Chilterns Walking Festival Update

Page last updated: 04/02/2026

We would normally be sharing plans for the May Walking Festival at this time of year. However, due to staff changes and resource constraints, we’ve made the difficult decision not to run the festival this year.

We’re currently speaking with partner organisations and exploring future opportunities, with the hope of returning in 2027.

In the meantime, follow Chilterns Walking Festival on Facebook for updates, and visit our Events page to see a range of organised walks coming up in and around the Chilterns.

Thank you for your continued support, and watch this space.

Dadima’s Community Walks

Dadima’s is a friendly, intergenerational walking community that organises free monthly countryside walks in the Chilterns, often with inspiring guest speakers, ambassadors, and community members giving insights on interesting aspects of nature. The group aims to encourage people of all cultural backgrounds and ages to feel welcome in the countryside.
