Share in the joy of the season alongside old and new friends with our circular route around the diverse habitat of Whipsnade Heath.

A chance to connect with others and the liveliness of spring after the sleepier months of winter – don’t miss out on this seasonal celebration with diverse wildlife, wildflowers and bulbs (we might even be lucky and catch a sight of the dimming carpet of bluebells). The route will take the group on a circular route around Whipsnade Heath, part of the wider Dunstable Downs Estate. With an interesting mosaic of grassland, scrub and woodland, there will be fun facts on our unique landscape, nature, and habitats along the way.

Please note: due to circumstances beyond our control, the details of this walk have changed slightly from the printed programme.

Additional information

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as it could be muddy. Toilets are available at the Visitor Centre and refreshments can be purchased from the café before and after the walk.

The route is not suitable for those with wheelchairs or pushchairs.
