Themed Family Crafts and Activities

Looking for fun things to do with the kids in Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire during the school holidays? COAM has you covered!

Every Tuesday in the Bucks school holidays, COAM run special themed family activities that keep little ones entertained and spark big imaginations.

Each Tuesday features a themed programme inspired by history, nature or traditional skills, with creative crafts, games interactive activities and pottery designed especially for families. From time-travelling adventures to seasonal and heritage-inspired fun, no two Tuesdays are the same.
Set across the museum’s historic buildings and open-air grounds, Terrific Tuesdays encourage learning through play in a relaxed outdoor setting. With plenty of space to explore and something new to discover each week, these sessions offer a brilliant family day out during the school holidays.

All Terrific Tuesday activities are included in your admission. Kids can dive into creative themed crafts and take their masterpieces home at the end of the day.

Wonderful storytellers will also be on hand, ready to whisk your family away to magical worlds with their enchanting tales.
