A 25-acre working steam museum with one of the UK’s largest collections of locomotives, rolling stock and railway memorabilia.

Buckinghamshire Railway Centre is a railway museum operated by the Quainton Railway Society Ltd. at Quainton Road railway station. The museum offers Steaming Sundays where visitors can enjoy steam train rides. The  Railway Cafe and Gift Shop inside our visitor centre are open Monday-Friday, 9.30am-1.30pm with no entry ticket required, however please note, during the week, there are no steam train rides or access to the rest of the site, just the picnic table area outside.
